Ericsson is in Swedish Supreme Court

Ericsson AB is now in a Swedish Supreme Court Case. This case is regarding the Long Term Service Abroad Contract. One interesting thing about this case is that the employee has been ordered to pay the Ericsson Company. However there is no company by that name. The case is T 2448-06 (Anders Jilken vs. Ericsson AB). In this arbitration the attorney against this employee stated that "Ericsson" appointed an arbitrator. However, there is no company by that name.
