Long Term Service Abroad Contract

I've received a paper titled "Contract for Long Term Service Abroad". It states that it was concluded with "the Ericsson Group". Someone who claims he represents "Ericsson" told me that there is no company named "the Ericsson Group". What is interesting is that there is no company named "Ericsson" either. Does anyone know how to find out what companies were intended to be bound parties, with regard to the Long Term Service Abroad Contract?
